2 carrots grated
1 small tomato thinly
sliced
1/2 cup of roasted peanuts coarsely ground.
For sauce
4 cloves of garlic
3 birds eye chillies
10
gms jaggery
salt
juice of 1 lemon
For garnish
Chopped spring onions
Chopped coriander leaves
Method
Make a sauce by grinding all the ingredients in a mortar and pestle.
Mix it all the veggies together, and add the sauce.
Garnish with green spring onions and corriander leaves.Serve chilled.
