1 measure rice, cooked
White of spring onions - 1 tbsp
Bell peppers, chopped fine - 1 tbsp
Oil
Soya sauce to taste
Vinegar to taste
salt to taste

Method:
Lightly fry the bell peppers and spring onions, till the raw smell goes.
Toss the rice with the friend onions and bell peppers, soya sauce, vinegar and salt. Adjust quantities as per your taste.
Sprinkle sesame seeds, and mix.
Serve garnished with spring onions.
