I was in no mood to make lunch today, and the kids drew the line at
leftover rajma chawal, and rajma roti. Innovation to the rescue. I
slathered the rajma on pieces of toast, dumped a whole lot of cheese on
it, grilled for a couple of minutes, and passed it off as beans on
toast.
Though neither of them was fooled beyond the second bite, they ate it without complaint!
