This was invented on a day when I needed some subji to have with my rotis, and these were the only ingredients in hand.
Mash together boiled potatoes and steamed veggies (carrot, beet, peas
is what I had)- warm them to desired temperature, if you are using
leftover steamed veggies. Add gunpowder (lots), salt, juice of one lime
and mix well. Garnish with roasted peanuts (should have crushed them-
will next time). Tastes pretty good with rotis.
