Normally, the only way to get my family to eat gobi is by making
gobi-aloo with onions and tomatos. But when you are stuck without onions
or potatoes, you better eat what you get, or starve.
Gobi
fried with grated ginger, jeera, haldi powder and salt, and allowed to
cook in own steam after adding chopped dhania patta.
[This was
made by borrowing two stems of dhania patta from the neighbour- luckily,
nobody thought to ask why I couldn't borrow onions and potatoes too ]
