Did I tell you I love watermelons? Nothing speaks "Summer" as much as
they do. As far as I'm concerned, they don't need anything to be
wonderful, but adding a bit of proteins makes it a healthy snack, and
not just pure pleasure.
Toss together-
1 cup watermelon cut into small bites
50 gms paneer cut into small bites
4-5 walnuts chopped fine
Keep it in the fridge for about 30 minutes, so the paneer soaks in some
of the watermelon juice. Sprinkle rock salt and serve/ eat.
