1 ripe mango
1/2 tsp kalonji seeds
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cooking oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Peel the mango, cut the pulp into small pieces and mash with a spoon.
Heat oil, temper with kalonji and fry for half a minute.
Add the pulp, and dry spices. Mix well and turn off the flame.
Tastes best as a dip with sprouts.
